Plain-English rules for what you can do with the invitations, cards, and announcements you create on Siduz — for personal projects and for your business.

The short version
This summary is for convenience — the full terms below are what applies.
When you create a design on Siduz using our templates, editor, and AI tools, we grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, print, share, and distribute your finished design for both personal and commercial purposes, with no limit on quantity.
A "finished design" means a design you have personalised in the editor — for example by adding your own text, names, dates, photos, or other customisations — and exported, shared, or printed. The license covers the finished design as a whole, not the underlying template as a reusable asset.
Free templates may be used by any registered user under the license in Section 1. Free templates remain available to other users — designs made from them are not exclusive to you.
Premium templates require either a one-time purchase before you can export or share a design made from them.
Some templates are sold as exclusive. When you buy an exclusive template:
Exclusive template purchases are final and non-refundable once access is granted.
Wording, artwork, and photo effects produced by our Magic tools (Magic Wish, Magic Invite, Magic Card, and Magic Photo) may be used in your finished designs under the same license as Section 1, including commercially.
You keep full ownership of photos and other content you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to provide the service — for example rendering your design, generating previews, and serving your share links.
You confirm that you own or have permission to use everything you upload, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights (including copyright, trademark, and privacy/image rights of people in photos).
Regardless of plan or purchase, you may not:
Selling physical printed products of your finished designs (e.g. printed invitations for a client) is allowed — the restriction is on selling the design or template itself as a digital asset.
Printed cards ordered through Siduz are produced from your finished design and are yours to use, gift, or sell under Section 1. Print pricing, production, and delivery details are shown at checkout for each order.
Siduz and its licensors retain all ownership of the templates, editor, AI tools, and platform. Your license to finished designs survives account closure, but we may revoke licenses obtained through fraud, chargebacks, or breach of these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version; material changes apply from the date they are published. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Not sure whether your use case is covered? We're happy to clarify — contact us and describe what you'd like to do.
Every design you finish is yours to use — personally and commercially.
